At Sputnik Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
